How do I return an item? Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your Iconic Skincare products, you may return them within 30 days of your order date. You will receive a full refund on the cost of your purchase. Please follow the below steps to ensure proper returns processing: Pack up the products carefully so they are not damaged in transit and include a copy of packing slip.

Please utilize a shipping method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. UPS or USPS). Only returns that can be traced back to our warehouse will be credited.
Returns are processed within 5-7 days of receipt. Refunds on your credit cards can take up to 30 days depending on your bank's policies. We apologize that original and return shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Only products purchased through Iconic Skincare Online may be returned to the above address.
